Jim NTUBE is a multidisciplinary Cameroonian artist and educator whose career has flourished across Cameroon, Turkey, and Japan. A graduate in marbling from ISMEK Istanbul, he is a "Free-Thinker" who uses art to spark dialogue and emotional connection. As a founding member of several collectives, he balances his time between plastic arts, musical creation, athletics and biodiversity conservation.
Beyond the paint brush, Jim is a celebrated vocalist with several albums on the market. His dual passion for the "brush and the symbol" allows him to explore the social role of art, making it accessible to the public—especially students and youths—through engaging workshops and pictorial language education.
His "Neo-Symbolist" style is a masterful blend of mixed media, fusing acrylics with intricate textile collage. As a designer, Jim integrates fabrics directly into his paintings, elegantly stitching the world of fine art to the craft of couture. His work addresses the daily realities of society, often placing self empowerment, peace, love, unity and social values at the forefront.

A seasoned athlete, his career is marked by iron discipline, a winning mentality and exceptional longevity at the highest level, dominated by marathon running, yoga, and boxing for two decades. After several amateur and professional cross-country trophies and a remarkable performance in the Yaoundé Marathon and the Mount Cameroon Race of Hope, he embraced boxing and obtained a certificate in the sport from the National Institute of Youth and Sports better known by the french acronym INJS. He is now a certified professional boxer and works as a sports coach, physical trainer, and boxer. In addition, he is also the co-founder of Volcanic Spirit, a travel agency offering first-class guiding services on Mount Cameroon. The goal is to help hikers plan safe trips to the roof of West Africa.
Jim Ntube remains one of the most iconic singer-songwriters in Cameroon, known for his socially conscious songs. With two songs to his credit, including "Rasta Love" and "This Virtue," a collaboration with Papa Bantam and Hicham Lamari respectively, he describes the ills plaguing society and advocates for love and tolerance. Performing on both local and international stages, he has made a lasting impression while also pursuing humanitarian work alongside his musical career.
